Explosion Protection Document Preparation

All workplaces that may have explosive atmospheres must prepare “Explosion Protection Document” according to “Regulation on the Protection of Workers Working in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres”.

First, all MSDS’s (Material Safety Data Sheets) are examined to determine if the chemicals are flammable, explosive or inflammable. Afterwards, the zones are defined using the related standards (EN 60079-10-1, EN 60079-10-2 and CEI 31-35) and the document is prepared.
